Adult Division (ages 13+) 500 yards swim (20 lengths of pool) 12 mile bike 3.1 mile run
Youth Division (ages 5-6) 50 yard swim (2 lengths of pool) 2 mile bike 1/4 mile run
Youth Division (ages 7-8) 50 yard swim 2 mile bike 1/2 mile run
Youth Division (ages 9-10) 100 yard swim (4 lengths of pool) 4 mile bike 1/2 mile run
Youth Division (ages 11-12) 100 yard swim (4 lengths of pool) 4 mile bike 1 mile run
